If you've seen the show "Love It or List It," you know it's all about the reveal. While Hilary Farr works her magic on the contestants' current property, David Visentin tries to find a new home that's irresistible. Just before the episode ends, the contestants finally decide whether they want to stay in their newly renovated home ("love it") or move to a new home ("list it").
When "Love It or List It" began filming in the Triangle in 2014, I was hired as the show's Real Estate Consultant. Since David is licensed to sell homes only in Canada, I assist behind the scenes with everything from coordinating appointments to showing houses. Look for me next time you're watching HGTV!
